  Decided to check out the store a few weeks ago, usually shop online for juice but thought I would help support a local newer business. The staff were very nice at first, and helped me find the juice I was looking for. I have been there a few times now, I have purchased juice and glass pieces with no issue...until today. The last time I visited, there were multiple employees, and the owner was selling a starter kit to a customer. I was looking for a bottle, and was told I would be helped in a moment. The glass cabinet was wide open, containing the $20 and $15 juice selections. I looked at the bottles to see what flavours (they have wacky names usually) and nicotine strength they had. A worker shortly helped me pick one, and I completed my purchase. Today however, i was confronted outside the store by some of the staff. They accused me of stealing juice on my previous visit. Shocked, because I had made a purchase every time I had been there, I denied the allegations and was basically called a liar. They explained the camera couldn't see me exactly take anything, and that's why I'm allowed back. I needed juice so I figured I would go in and get a bottle anyways, drama aside. Then, I was asked for ID (which is strange, seeing as it was the only time they had asked to my recollection and I was in the computer system) I asked about my name being in the computer, the worker explained there were several 17 and 18 year old customers? I thought this store was 19+. There isn't any attempt to curtain the nicotine products or paraphernalia so I found that very strange. All in all, for a bottle of juice, they can help you out for less than local competition, but after spending more than $50 on glass and $75 on juice, I was discriminated for simply reading bottles and will not be returning any time soon.

  Very helpful! I am trying to quit smoking so I went to Dubz to get a vape. Melissa was extremely helpful! I can’t express just how amazing she was. I was at Kinnaird playing baseball and was having an issue with my new vape, I took it apart by accident and couldn’t get it back together properly. I called Melissa and she drove out to my baseball game, even though she was in the middle of breakfast, to see if she could help. She put it back together and I was vaping again! Amazing customer service on her behalf! She drove across town, completely out of her way, and came to my rescue! Thank you Melissa!! Dubz is lucky to have such an amazing employee! I will be spreading the good word!

  Great experience. Staff member was super helpful and knowledgeable. Offered me a few options and a recommendation which I took and am happy with. Would go back.
